Profile: Being a Spiritual Director is my calling and my ministry; born from my deep desire to share my experience, strength, and hope with women who are seeking a deeper connection with the divine. If you are a woman who longs to say yes to your spiritual life, is committed to personal growth, and is open to new and creative possibilities, I would love to work with you. I believe there are many paths to the Divine. My personal spiritual practices include belonging to a spiritual community, doing yoga, sitting in meditation, taking regular retreats, and contemplative creative activities including Zentangle and knitting. As part of the 12 Step recovery community since 1989, I am well-qualified to work with women in all stages of recovery suffering from any form of addiction. I also lead retreats for women in recovery, teach yoga, and offer workshops on a variety of secular and religious topics. Sessions are available in person and on line.
