As a trained spiritual psychotherapist and director initiated into the healing arts when I was living through a Dark Night of the Soul, I offer deep listening and reflecting skills to walk with you as you seek perspectives of your own journey. I believe our human life is a journey of cycles of growth, learning, unlearning, healing and change – a journey to explore life and where we fit in the vast web of life on planet earth. As we grow and meet challenges and opportunities, our psyches are often invited into partnership with the dimensions of spirit through our own inquiries, usually via feelings of stuck-ness, dreams, noticing of patterns/symbols, intuitive sensing and curiosities about spiritual things in the spiritual marketplace. I also believe life is rich with tools, maps, and guides to help us be receptive to the messages our soul gives us as we navigate change. With a medicine bag filled with these tools (psychology, philosophy, astrology, shamanism, akashic, energy medicines), I can help you embrace your inner life so you can navigate your outer life.
