Profile: I am a certified spiritual director with a deep commitment to accompanying others on their journey of faith. My work is rooted in the belief that spiritual direction offers a unique space for growth, healing, and enlightenment, helping individuals draw closer to God while discovering and embracing their true selves.

Before transitioning into spiritual direction, I spent several years as a Licensed Independent Social Worker. This role allowed me the privilege of listening to the life stories of others, engaging with both the joys and the struggles they faced. Through spiritual direction, I have found a way to integrate the deep listening I practiced in social work with the added dimension of discerning God's presence in the stories of others. I believe that spiritual direction provides a sacred space for individuals to explore not only their relationship with God but also to better understand who God has uniquely created them to be, empowering them to become more present and authentic in their relationships with others.

As a spiritual director, I approach each person’s journey with deep respect, humility, and openness, welcoming questions, doubts, fears, and struggles, as well as celebrating moments of spiritual insight and joy. I consider it a profound honor to walk alongside individuals through the challenges and triumphs of their faith, guiding them as they seek deeper intimacy with Christ and uncover the abiding love God has for them.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, as well as a Master of Divinity and Master of Christian Education and Formation from Princeton Theological Seminary. I am also a certified spiritual director through Sustainable Faith.
