Profile: I've been a Spiritual Director for the last decade and was trained through the Charis Spiritual Director Program, based in Texas. I specialize in the Enneagram and completed Suzanne Stabile's Enneagram Cohort in 2018. Raised a United Methodist, and while deeply disappointed in the UMC's inability to fully welcome everyone in the body of Christ, I'm still deeply Wesleyan in my perspective. Nature profoundly informs my spirituality and my spiritual practices and I love the process of rediscovering self and God in the outdoors. I am open to all who want Spiritual Direction and believe that there are many different pathways to God. Helping others get in touch with a sense wonder and prioritizing joy are the most life giving aspects of Spiritual Direction to me.
