Profile: Hello! Call me M, short for Marilyn. I am a spiritual director who leans deeply into contemplative and creative practices in spiritual care work. I provide direction in person and remotely (via video) for seekers and skeptics alike, creative spirits, folks engaged in identity discernment and liberation, and those dealing with grief, aging and the longing to be more wholly present to life and love. I am a member of Spiritual Directors International (SDI), a Benedictine Oblate of St. Placid Priory in Lacey Washington, and a graduate of the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction. I am contemplative and nonbinary, also a writer and media artist – drawn to queering and dismantling conventional power and belief systems, especially patriarchal ideas of God.
