Profile: I trained in the evocative method of spiritual direction at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and have studied Art and Theology at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. My particular areas of interest and experience are 12-Step programs, arts and creativity, pastors and lay ministers, and companioning neurodivergent individuals. I am an artist and storyteller as well as a spiritual director. I encourage art and creativity of all kinds as a spiritual practice that connects us more deeply with our Creator. I understand spiritual direction/companionship to be a space to tell your sacred story to an open and non-judgmental spiritual companion, and to deepen and expand your understanding of that story as it continues to unfold. Spiritual direction/companionship is an invitation to all spiritual seekers to walk their path with the Holy of their understanding. All spiritual seekers are welcome, regardless of where you are on your path. I hope to provide space, perspective, insight, and structure as needed for your spiritual process.
