Profile: Over the years I have come to understand that healing is a broad and deep process that includes mind and body with spirit. My intention as a spiritual director is to help you, walk with you as you connect with Spirit in your life while incorporating nourishment for your body and mind, too. As a registered dietitian-nutritionist with training in integrative health, I often hear words and phrases from my clients like inner wisdom, transformation, community, grief, forgiveness, courage, and compassion during our conversations. As a spiritual director, I hear from clients the supportive role of physically nourishing practices like hydration, walking, mindful eating.
